Nashville Style 'Hot' Chicken Sandwich
The Nashville style hot chicken sandwich is great! Lots of heat but the slaw helps to cool it down.
Crispy Jalapeño Goat Cheese Burger
Didn't think this was going to be my new staple at a restaurant but here we are! It is ??!! Not the jalapenos themselves (I always add fresh ones to it too) but just the flavors all mixing together... winner winner! Keep it up, Mad Duck. Can't wait to see what you continue to come up with since the specials are continuously delicious each month.
California Mad Burger
Cooked to perfection. The toppings are fresh and the bun is soft. A side of tots is the perfect way to complement this burger.
Pulled Pork Sliders
My sliders were just the right size and they were delicious. I was in a party of 12 women. They all enjoyed their meals which were all different choices on the menu. Server was great. Their meals were all delicious and hot when served even with a large party. We've always enjoyed great meals here and the service is awesome.
Steak Nachos
These Steak Nachos, are some of the best I have ever had, I was planning on eating a bit and saving it for later but it was addictive after the first bite 10/10 I would recommend!
Crispy Chicken Salad
This location has been SUCH an amazing addition to our area! Our family is pretty much a fan of every dish- how rare is it to say that about a restaurant?? The salads as always crisp, flavorful and chopped (secret ?)! I don't know what you put in the steak salad but my husband is actually full after having one and not a lot of guys can be full off a salad. The burgers are juicy and always are even more delish with some fresh jalapenos or an egg added atop. Lastly, the appetizers! All have such great flavor and always come out the perfect temp. I enjoy sharing with a few girlfriends when we go and the price point is always fair. The cocktails are a MUST and it's fun to follow the Duck on Facebook to see what concoctions they will come up with every week. The blueberry lemonade and paper planes get me every time! I love that you can spot the owners at any time during your visits to any location. It truly shows they love what they do and take pride in their investment and staff. Additionally, it is so nice to visit any of the four locations and know the quality will be the same. Keep up the great work, Duck!
